Responsibilities:

1. Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects
2. Conduct take-offs and review construction drawings
3. Collaborate with the pre-construction team to develop project scopes

Skills:

• Experience in commercial construction and/or construction management
• Able to read navigate blueprints and generate material lists
• Good communication skills

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $60,000.00

Maximum Salary: $86,000.00
