Full time sautee chef/prep person needed immediately to work along with our Chef on the line and helping prep menu items daily. We are a small but growing family owned Italian restaurant well known in the community for 17 years. We are #1 restaurant in ST Augustine per Tripadvisor reviews.

This is a great opportunity to learn Italian cuisine from old family recipies. Preparing soups,sauces, Itali8an specialties. Pound veal, filet and pound chicken,work on line to sautee dishes, fryer for apps and parmagianas. Set up kitchen for service and break down after dinner service
