Residential Electrician Qualification and Skills:

• Minimum of five years electrical experience.
• Ability to be at our Earlysville, VA shop every morning with a positive attitude to all other team members.
• You will be the type of person who could work anywhere but want to be paid well while working on some of the nicest residential projects with a team who treats each other like family.
• Live within 30 minutes of Charlottesville

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential settings, ensuring compliance with NEC standards.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform electrical work efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to execute projects accurately.
• Conduct troubleshooting using voltmeters and ohmmeters to diagnose electrical issues.
• Collaborate with construction teams to support renovation projects and ensure timely completion.
• Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
