Responsibilities
- Inspect and package product-filled vials as per procedures and batch records.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
- Set up and operate manufacturing equipment.
- Assist or participate in other manufacturing operations, such as filling support activities.
- Support internal operations including stocking items, tracking inventory, and material movement.
- Recognize and report equipment malfunctions and make necessary adjustments.
- Train new Manufacturing Process Technicians on routine tasks.
- Understand, follow, and document batch records for the inspection and packaging process.
- Reconcile components and products and calculate product exposure to room temperature.
Essential Skills
- Experience in filling and finishing manufacturing, preferably with vial inspection.
- Understanding of measurements, calculations, and the metric system.
- Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Prior production or manufacturing experience is preferred.
- GMP experience is preferred but not required.
