How you'll make an impact
Supports the development, implementation, and monitoring of effective programs, policies, training, and practices to ensure that global business operations and HR functions are compliant with employment-related federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. Collaborates with HR Subject Matter Experts and process owners to ensure and monitor compliance, respond to non-compliance events and threats, and mitigate future compliance risk. Provides additional project support for compliance-related HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting, compiling, and analyzing HR data, metrics, and statistics from a variety of sources, including the human resource information system, company dashboards, data warehouses, learning management system, and other HR systems.
- Preparing reports and responses for audits, for senior management and external regulatory bodies, as well as presenting and explaining findings.
- Interacting with external agencies (e.g. Office of Employment and Wage Statistics, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Department of Labor) to provide requested information.
- Supporting Legal and RFP requests for reports and data.
- Preparing reports, participate in testing, and assist with various implementation tasks related to the Global Compliance Training curriculum.
- Conducting audits and based on metrics and analysis, makes recommendations for policies and procedures to support HR compliance.
- Performing regular audits to ensure compliance with global policies and procedures.
- Assisting with the delivery of HR-related communications, presentations and training to the HR team, supervisors/managers and employees.
- Responding to questions from and troubleshooting program issues experienced by employees, managers, and HR.
- Will support on key projects and may lead smaller projects.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience required
- Intermediate quantitative and analytic skills
- Fluency in MS Office applications
- MS Office suite of applications and advanced MS Excel functions
Preferred:
- Oracle Cloud/ EBS, OBIEE, Oracle applications experience desired
- Knowledge of applicable HR related laws and guidelines
- 3 years of compliance experience
Behaviors:

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
