Printing Press Quality Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must be able to monitor jobs in production and communicate with production and graphics specialists any special instructions, proofs, and shipping info
• Must ensure all project deadlines are met and associated cost budgets are adhered to
• Must ensure that equipment is properly maintained and upgraded. Recommend new acquisitions that will increase productivity
• Must be able to manage inventory and organization of supplies
• Must resolve all customer escalations in a professional manner
• Must assist in organizing the shop workforce during regular hours or in an extra hours situation

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma
• 5+ years of experience as a Quality Manager within a Printing Press environment.
• Must have experience in SQF or CMPG certifications.
