General Practice Veterinarian (Veterinarian)

Introduction
A long-standing AAHA-accredited animal hospital in Missoula, Montana is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Associate Veterinarian to join its team of four experienced doctors. Established in 1966, this practice has deep community roots and is well known for delivering exceptional small animal care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and closed on weekends, offering a consistent and balanced schedule.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide high-quality medical, surgical, and diagnostic care while working closely with clients to support the well-being of their pets. Responsibilities include performing routine and advanced procedures, interpreting diagnostics, and contributing to the hospital's positive culture. There are opportunities to use or learn diagnostic ultrasound, develop personal areas of interest, and benefit from structured mentorship and leadership support.

Practice Details
This AAHA-accredited facility is fully equipped with IDEXX in-house laboratory systems, Bionote, digital general and dental radiography, and ultrasound technology. The hospital is designed to support both new graduates and experienced veterinarians in providing comprehensive care with a collaborative and well-trained support staff.

Team
The current team includes four veterinarians supported by an experienced group of technicians and support staff. The culture emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and professional growth, ensuring that every team member is valued and supported.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
