Role Description and Responsibilities
The Medical Director and Equity Partner will provide clinical leadership, guide medical standards, and foster a supportive and collaborative culture. Responsibilities include overseeing hospital protocols, mentoring associates, building strong client relationships, and working alongside the Hospital Director to ensure smooth operations. As an equity partner, you will help shape the practice's future and directly benefit from its growth and success.

Practice Details
The hospital is designed as a freestanding facility offering emergency, urgent care, and general practice services. Advanced diagnostic and therapeutic options include digital radiography, ultrasound, high-flow oxygen therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, 3D CT imaging, and endoscopy. Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
