Our client is a veterinary hospital based in Fort Mill, South Carolina, seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate Veterinarian to join their friendly and collaborative team. This full-service small animal hospital provides high-quality medical, surgical, and preventative care for dogs and cats, with a focus on personalized service and community trust. The hospital combines modern facilities with a supportive work culture where doctors are encouraged to grow their skills and build lasting client relationships.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with Sundays closed. This is a full-time position offering a consistent schedule and excellent work-life balance. There are no after-hours or on-call requirements, allowing you to focus on patient care during your shifts and enjoy your time off.

Role Description and Responsibilities
As an Associate Veterinarian, you'll play a vital role in providing comprehensive, compassionate care to your patients and their families. Your daily duties will include performing physical exams, diagnosing and treating medical conditions, conducting surgeries and dental procedures, and educating clients on preventative and wellness care.You'll work closely with the hospital's medical and support team to ensure each pet receives personalized, high-quality treatment. The position offers the opportunity to develop your interests in areas such as internal medicine, dentistry, surgery, pain management, or diagnostics, with mentorship and collaboration readily available. This role is open to both experienced veterinarians and newer graduates who are eager to continue learning in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

The hospital is a modern, fully equipped facility offering a wide range of services, including wellness and preventative care, vaccinations, dental care, nutrition counseling, behavior support, diagnostics, radiography, ultrasound, pain management, surgery, emergency care, and end-of-life support. Candidate Requirements

  • Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
  • Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
  • Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
