This facility is seeking a Dentist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: 2-3 weeks in December and 1 week on January
• Job Setting: Outpatient
• Patients per Day/Volume: 15-20
• Types of Cases: Fillings, Invisalign preferred, root canals, crown, bridge, dentures, wave one experience preferred.
• Credentialing Time Frame: 1-2 days
• Drug Enforcement Administration certification (DEA) and Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) is preferred
• Active Pennsylvania license and Basic Life Support(BLS) is required
