The Campus & Government Operations Support Team is composed of versatile, high-performing managers who are deployed to support new account start-ups and client locations experiencing staffing or operational transitions. In this role, you will step into interim leadership assignments, provide hands-on operational guidance, and help stabilize teams and service delivery becoming a trusted resource and partner across multiple sites.

This position requires 100% travel, flexibility to work hours based on the needs of the business and a valid, clean driver's license.
What You'll Do:- Lead and support culinary operations across residential dining, retail food outlets, catering services, athlete fueling programs, and other campus dining environments ensuring an exceptional dining experience for students, clients, and guests
- Oversee menu planning and execution, maintaining consistent quality, presentation, and adherence to Sodexo culinary and recipe standards
- Manage purchasing, inventory, production forecasting, and food cost analysis to support operational and financial performance
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and regulatory standards
- Utilize Sodexos automated inventory, ordering, and production management systems to support efficient kitchen operations
- Coach, mentor, and develop culinary team members to strengthen skills, encourage innovation, and foster a collaborative kitchen culture
- Partner with campus and account leadership to enhance dining offerings, support sustainability initiatives, and align with client and student expectations

What You Bring:- Strong culinary background with the ability to stay current on food trends and industry standards
- Proven leadership and communication skills; able to coach and develop culinary teams in a positive, collaborative environment
- Demonstrated passion for food quality, creativity, and consistent, high-level execution in both flavor and presentation
- Ability to foster an energized, team-focused kitchen culture while partnering effectively with colleagues, clients, and guests
- Financially savvy, with experience managing food and labor costs while maintaining high culinary standards
- Valid Driver's License, ability to drive, and clear background required
- The ability to travel 100% of the time to assignments throughout the U.S. with rotation schedules being 10 days on, 4 days off or 5 days on, 2 days off depending on the needs of the business

Qualifications & Requirements:Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in facilities (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation) or food (e.g., food services or operations, concessions, retail sales, store operations, or vending) or HTM
