What You'll Do:

• Conduct screening procedures for personnel, visitors, and/or vehicles entering the logistics and distribution location, following site-specific policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting individuals with entry processes and addressing questions in a professional manner.
• Assist in the implementation of security-related procedures to help to deter unauthorized access and potential incidents within the logistics and distribution environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with a problem-solving approach, following Allied Universal protocols.
• Monitor access control points, verify credentials, and report any irregularities or suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of screening activities and incidents as required by site policy and Allied Universal guidelines.
• Support regular and random patrols of designated areas around the business and perimeter to help to identify potential security-related concerns.
• Participate in emergency response activities as trained and directed, assisting with evacuations and/or other procedures as necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
