Vista SE is a growing regional carrier based in Norcross/Duluth, Georgia area, currently expanding our Dry-Van fleet across the Southeast. We’re a professional, performance-driven operation that treats drivers as business partners — not just truck numbers. Our leadership brings decades of experience from top carriers like Heartland and Knight Transportation, and we’re building a centralised southern dispatch to improve driver efficiency, home time, and pay.

We’re growing fast — from 6 drivers today to a goal of 200 drivers serving the ATL region. This is your chance to get in early and grow your income and career with Vista SE.

What We Offer

Pay: $0.65 per mile (based on software miles) *All drivers are allocated a new 2025 Volvo Truck

Home Time: Green Zone Drivers – 2 weeks on / 2 days off Yellow Zone Drivers – 3 weeks on / 1 day off per week

Modern Fleet of Assets: 2025 Volvo trucks available to all Vista Drivers – clean, reliable, driver-friendly Expedited Career Growth: Opportunities to move up as Vista expands across the South Proven System: Learn from industry veterans with decades of experience optimizing short-haul and regional operations

Division Options:

Regional Division: 400–700-mile trips in the Southeast 5–6 loads per week

Super Regional Division 2 loads per day, 6 days per week High-utilization routes = higher earning potential Driver

Requirements:

-Valid Class A CDL

-2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience preferred

-Clean driving record (no major violations)

-Willingness to work 2–3 weeks on the road per rotation

-Strong work ethic and commitment to safety

-Driver must pass an initial background check

Pay Structure:

-$0.65 per mile (paid weekly via 1099)

-1...% owner-operator style contractor setup — no W2

-Additional performance incentives as divisions grow
