General Practice Veterinarian (Veterinarian)

Introduction
Our client is an AAHA-accredited, feline-exclusive veterinary practice with AAFP Gold Certification, seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join their dedicated team. Located just minutes from the Gulf Coast, this recently renovated, cat-centric facility offers a serene, modern environment designed to provide exceptional care exclusively for feline patients.

Working Hours / Rota
The practice is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Wednesday from 7:30 am to 1:00 pm, and Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. The hospital is closed on Sundays. This is a full-time position with no after-hours requirements.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will deliver compassionate, high-quality medical, surgical, and preventive care tailored specifically to feline patients. Responsibilities include educating and partnering with clients to support lifelong cat health, collaborating with a like-minded team of feline-focused professionals, and contributing to a calm, supportive environment that promotes feline wellness. The position is suited to an experienced veterinarian with a passion for feline medicine and patient-centered care.

Practice Details
The facility is well-equipped with ultrasound, CO2 laser, dental and digital radiography, and an in-house laboratory. Services include wellness and vaccination programs, preventive care, medical services, surgery, dental and oral care, feline acupuncture, in-house diagnostics, grooming, and boarding. The practice emphasizes collaboration, continuous learning, and individualized treatment plans to ensure the highest standards of feline care.

Team
The practice has two DVMs supported by a skilled and dedicated support team, fostering a collaborative, cat-focused environment that values teamwork, respect, and excellence in patient care.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
