Daily Responsibilities:

• Reading and interpreting blueprints
• Daily Reports
• Use of Laptop/Ipad
• Daily/Weekly job site photos documentation
• Completing general project inspections
• Managing all Subcontracters
• Daily tme sheets for self perfroming crafts
• Daily communication with stakeholders/project managers/BCM office staff
• Ensure project has ample materials for trades and project future needs

Required Skills:

• Carpentry/Millwork/Finishes knowledge
• Experience managing project shcedules
• Carpentry background
• OSHA knowledge and certification, but not manadatory
• Strong troubleshooting abilities
• Able to lead, direct, hold trade crafts accountable

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous trade experience
• Experience with drywall, finishes, steel studs, acoustical ceilings and installations
• Driving capabilities and valid drivers license

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $50,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $90,000.00
