Responsibilities
- Receive job handoffs and complete initial technical, scope of work, and scheduling requirement reviews.
- Own the coordination of project meetings (internal and external) and formal communication plans to key project stakeholders.
- Coordinate and schedule work activities around other trades to drive execution efficiencies.
- Determine mechanisms required for successful job closeout, including punch lists, issue resolution, and transition to owner or other entities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the duration of EESS activities on site.
- Collaborate with the DOC team to communicate any safety program initiatives, concerns, or oversights to stakeholders.
- Provide financial oversight through cost control, warranty, change order management, and risk mitigation.
- Work closely with commercial operations teams to reconcile client expectations with order commitments, change orders, and timelines.
- Implement and cascade requirements associated with program level initiatives or changes from technical program managers.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, demonstrating advanced project management, operational, and commercial competencies.
Essential Skills
- 5+ years of experience managing construction, electrical, or industrial projects.
- Strong project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Experience in risk management and cost control.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Industrial preferred but not required.
- Experience will be considered over degree.
