Position Summary

As a HVAC Sales Consultant, you’ll meet with homeowners and business owners to develop and close sales opportunities for HVAC and water heater installations. You’ll educate customers on their options, build relationships, and ensure every client enjoys a positive and professional experience.

What You’ll Do

• Present comfort and efficiency options for residential HVAC and water heating systems.

• Build relationships with new and existing customers through education and trust.

• Follow up on company-generated leads and create new opportunities through referrals and outreach.

• Partner with our technical team to ensure seamless project delivery and 100% customer satisfaction.

• Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and incentive programs.

What We’re Looking For

Our ideal candidate is driven, professional, and customer-focused with strong communication and closing skills.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of in-home sales experience (HVAC sales preferred).

• High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree or sales certifications a plus).

• Strong interpersonal and consultative sales skills.

• Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of customers.

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

• Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings or weekends when needed.

• Comfortable accessing attics, basements, and crawl spaces when evaluating installations.
