Join our team at Builder's Innovation Group, a premier construction company based in Murrieta, CA, specializing in high-end kitchen remodels, ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit), and custom home builds. We are known for our meticulous craftsmanship, premium materials, and commitment to customer service, treating clients like family. Our services cater to homeowners in Murrieta, French Valley, and Temecula Valley, focusing on creating custom spaces that enhance property value. With a strong emphasis on integrity and communication, we aim to bring clients' visions to life through professional and timely project execution.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Site prep, demolition, layout 
• Installing cabinetry, reading blueprints, and utilizing hand tools
• Completing framing, tile work, finishing, and roofing 
• Reading and interpreting blueprints for remodeling projects
• Handling carpentry, drywall, plumbing, installation, concrete work, and general repairs 

Required Skills:

• Experience in carpentry, including finish carpentry and framing
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints
• Knowledge of various construction materials and techniques
• Ability to work with hand tools and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• self-starter 

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with concrete work and roofing
• Knowledge of plumbing and drywall installation
• Ability to perform general repairs and handyman tasks

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $60,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $90,000.00
• Benefits: Sick Leave
