Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A K-12 school in Pataskala, OH is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive speech and language services for students during the current school year on a contract basis. This role focuses on supporting students' communication development through individualized assessments and therapy. Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language evaluations for students K-12 to identify communication needs Develop and implement tailored therapy plans based on assessment results and student goals Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress, and compliance with state and federal regulations Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute expertise to student plans Qualifications: Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certification Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred Experience working in school settings with K-12 populations Strong knowledge of speech and language development and disorders Excellent communication and teamwork skills Location and Schedule: Position located in Pataskala, Ohio at a K-12 school Contract role for the current school year (CSY) Commitment to a school schedule with potential for flexible hours depending on caseload This opportunity offers meaningful work helping students improve essential communication skills within a supportive school environment.
