ResponsibilitiesArchitect Leadership & Employee Development for a Billion-Dollar Industry Leader
Are you an experienced Learning & Development professional with a proven track record of designing, owning, and facilitating-impact leadership development programs? Sarnova—a billion-dollar healthcare distribution and solutions company—is seeking a Learning & Development Architect to lead our leadership and employee development strategy.

- Key Responsibilities
- Leadership Development Program Ownership: Responsible for the program lifecycle in support of leadership development initiatives that build future leaders and drive organizational success.
- Employee Development Strategy: Design, deliver, and evaluate employee development programs that foster engagement, retention, and career growth while driving company performance.
- Facilitation & Coaching: Lead engaging learning experiences and provide coaching based on DISC (TTI) and CliftonStrengths in-person and virtually for diverse audiences, including high-potential employees and senior leaders.
- Learning Needs Analysis: Conduct needs assessments, partner with SMEs and stakeholders, and recommend best-in-class learning solutions.
- Learning Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative educational materials that drive knowledge retention and engagement in a blended learning environment, which include the leveraging of e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Rise, Articulate, etc.).
- Data-Driven Impact: Use qualitative and qualitative data to measure program effectiveness and demonstrate ROI for leadership and employee development initiatives.
- Award-Winning Excellence: Strive for best-in-class, externally validated programs that set industry benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years in Learning & Development, with direct experience owning leadership development programs
- Proven ability to manage the full lifecycle of leadership and employee development initiatives
- Expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design, and facilitation (in-person and virtual)
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise) and LMS administration
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and adaptability
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable engaging with all levels, including executive leadership
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, high-impact team
