Main Responsibilities:

Warehouse mgmt:

  • Conduct regular tasks of Sanofi warehouse incl. receipt of goods, booking in, put-away, internal supply, shipping activities, invoice preparation, and inventory

  • accuracy. Work as an effective team member in conjunction with other team

  • members

  • Warehouse and inbound: Perform technical, administrative, or operational

  • warehouse/inbound tasks efficiently and safely, following guidelines, instructions, and procedures in a cGMP environment.

  • Outbound; Prepare, select, and make available materials and goods for distribution and transport.

  • Documentation: Ensure proper documentation in line with cGMP standard as well as correct input data into Systems as applicable.

  • Supply critical materials to ensure production continuity

  • Operate all powered handling equipment in warehouse - forklift, inverters, stretch-wrap machine and hand tools in a safe manner

  • Maintain accurate documentation at all times.

  • Actively support the Warehouse +QDCI process Safety & compliance:

  • performs all operational aspects of the Warehouse function in accordance with

  • Sanofi SOP's and cGMP.

  • Ensure compliance to cGMP at all times. Adherence to GMP requirements and

  • Safety at all times

  • Contribute to safety levels in the warehouse, and Sanofi overall Goals

  • Performance & improvements

  • Support Continuous improvement initiatives related to the Warehouse

  • Maintain a high standard of warehouse house keeping

  • Support warehouse team in attainment of department goals

  • Build and share knowledge within the work area and make it available to colleagues.

  • Ensure Warehouse related manufacturing downtime is as little as possible.

  • May be required to lead team in absence of the warehouse team leader (one team member to be optional back-up of supervisor)

About You

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma with 3 years of experience in material handling or warehouse operations; or

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with 1 year of experience in material handling or warehouse operations

  • Experience using SAP and understanding system functionality

  • Proficiency in Excel and basic computer applications

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
