Classified Administrative Secretary - Human Resources

Olentangy Local Schools is currently looking for an Administrative Secretary in the Human Resources Department. This position includes the responsiblity for Educational Service Center of Central Ohio (ESCCO) staff and supplemental personnel records management. Duties include the preparation of reports and maintenance of all academic supplemental personnel records for district employees and accurate administration of employee contracts.

Qualifications include:

• Verify academic supplemental licensure
• Onboard supplemental and ESCCO staff
• Process and maintain academic supplemental contracts
• Operate human resources budget
• Manage coordination of the Resident Educator Program

Internal candidates (currently employed by the Olentangy Local School District) must submit an internal online application in SchoolSpring.
