Top Responsibilities:

1. Assist attorneys with legal document preparation
2. Conduct research and writing for cases
3. Prepare for trials, depositions, and appellate hearings

Required Skills:

•  Prior experience in commercial litigation, person injury, construction and civil procedure.
• Strong knowledge of needed Litigation tasks and court procedure
• Ability to handle product liability, person injury defense, business litigation
• Famaliar with rules of procedure on how to collect various records in TN and GA including but not limited to medical records, Police records, docments form govermental entities
• Ability to review access , summerize and comprehend various documents.
•  Good team player

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $48,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $57,000.00
