About the Role:
Work on systems design engineering for institutional, industrial, and commercial facilities. You’ll collaborate with other disciplines, own portions of design, and support projects from concept through construction.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and document mechanical systems (HVAC, piping, utilities, etc.)
• Develop drawings, calculations, and specifications using AutoCAD/Revit
• Coordinate with cross-discipline teams to integrate system designs
• Conduct field visits, review submittals, and support construction phases
• Ensure designs meet building codes, standards, and client expectations
• Participate in QA/QC and continuous improvement efforts

What You’ll Bring:

• BS in Mechanical Engineering (ABET accredited)
• Jr. Level: 0–5 years’ experience, EIT or eligible
• Sr. Level: 5+ years’ experience, PE license required
• Consulting experience in institutional, industrial, or commercial projects
• Working knowledge of building systems and codes
• U.S. Citizen with active or eligible security clearance
• Team player with initiative and attention to detail
• Revit/AutoCAD skills a plus
