You’ll work on multi-discipline designs that keep your skills sharp and your career progression on track.
About the Role:
Work on systems design engineering for institutional, industrial, and commercial facilities. You’ll collaborate with other disciplines, own portions of design, and support projects from concept through construction.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and document mechanical systems (HVAC, piping, utilities, etc.)
- Develop drawings, calculations, and specifications using AutoCAD/Revit
- Coordinate with cross-discipline teams to integrate system designs
- Conduct field visits, review submittals, and support construction phases

- Participate in QA/QC and continuous improvement efforts
What You’ll Bring:
- BS in Mechanical Engineering (ABET accredited)

- Sr. Level: 5+ years’ experience, PE license required
- Consulting experience in institutional, industrial, or commercial projects
- Working knowledge of building systems and codes
- U.S. Citizen with active or eligible security clearance
- Team player with initiative and attention to detail
- Revit/AutoCAD skills a plus
Why You’ll Love It:
- Real career progression—move from Jr. to Sr. through hands-on design and mentorship
