Our client, a leading organization in the food service industry, is seeking a dedicated Digital Transformation Project Manager to join their team. As a Digital Transformation Project Manager, you will be part of the Project Management Office supporting the North America Customer Experience (CX) Digital Transformation program. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Digital Transformation Project Manager
Location: Hoboken, NJ
Pay Range :$40 to $50
Duration: 12 month contract
What's the Job?
- Co-develop and maintain comprehensive project plans for the CX Transformation initiative, including milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Establish and oversee project governance frameworks to ensure clear ownership, accountability, and decision-making processes.
- Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and proactively identify and address delays or risks.
- Facilitate effective cross-functional communication, including regular status meetings, steering committee updates, and workshops.
- Manage risks and issues by proposing mitigation strategies and acting as a central point for resolving cross-functional bottlenecks.
What's Needed?
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Management, Project Management, Information Systems, or related fields.
- 5-8 years of proven experience in project management, especially within digital transformation or customer experience initiatives.
- Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across various levels of the organization.
