Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Plant Manager - Direct Hire to join their team. As a Plant Manager - Direct Hire, you will be part of the operations leadership supporting the manufacturing and production teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Set the strategic direction and oversee the overall operations of the Elk River manufacturing facility.
• Lead and motivate the Operations team to achieve safety, quality, and production goals.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop performance goals and operational plans.
• Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations and strategic alignment.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in business, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Significant experience in manufacturing operations, with a proven track record of leadership and process improvement.
• Strong knowledge of operational functions including finance, production, and employee management.
• Ability to manage resources effectively and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic planning skills.
