Dublin, OH Home Health RN Oasis & HCHB Experience Essential

A Home Health Registered Nurse is needed for a position in the Dublin, OH area. This role is ideal for an RN with experience in home health assessments, medication reviews, wound care, palliative support, and patient education. Candidates must have at least 6 months of recent Oasis and Home Care Home Base (HCHB) experience.

• 13-week contract
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Day shifts: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Mileage reimbursement for travel between patient visits
• On-call requirements discussed in interview

• Recent Oasis and HCHB experience (at least 6 months) Required
• Active RN license
• Active BLS certification (AHA)
• Ability to pass a drug screen & background check
