What You’ll Do:

As a Machine Operator – Roll Forming, you’ll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining roll form machines to produce top-quality components. You’ll ensure smooth line changeovers, uphold safety protocols, and help us deliver nothing but the best.

Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

• Setting up and operating roll forming equipment to meet print specs

• Performing tooling setups and minor adjustments for production consistency

• Reading blueprints and interpreting sketches for accurate fabrication

• Conducting routine maintenance and logging equipment activity

• Operating forklifts to safely move raw materials

• Identifying and addressing production issues proactively

• Following 5S principles and promoting a clean, organized workspace

• Actively participating in cross-training and continuous improvement
