Our newest store located in Greenvale, NY is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team immediately. This pivotal role offers the chance to lead and inspire a dedicated Customer Service team, ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

As the Customer Service Manager, you will play a key role in cultivating strong, lasting relationships with our valued customers by delivering exceptional service and swift resolution of client concerns. You will be the driving force behind a positive customer experience, overseeing a team of Customer Service Representatives and supporting their growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and coordinate the Customer Service team to consistently deliver outstanding customer experiences

  • Champion effective communication and engagement to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Foster the continuous professional development of your team through coaching and skill-building initiatives

  • Drive improvements in customer service processes and policies to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction

  • Oversee accurate and timely processing of both internal and customer orders

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments at both corporate and store levels to ensure seamless operations

  • Analyze departmental reports and key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for enhancement

  • Perform other related duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the store

What Were Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in a customer service role within a retail or customer-facing environment

  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to service excellence

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and empower a team

  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities

  • A passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence

  • Strong communication skills, comfortable interacting across all levels of the organization

  • Proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing)

  • Energetic, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
