What You’ll Do

• Own the day-to-day coordination of multiple projects — ensuring they’re delivered on time, on budget, and beyond client expectations.
• Be the go-to liaison between clients, field teams, and vendors, making sure communication flows seamlessly.
• Anticipate roadblocks, propose solutions, and keep projects moving with confidence.
• Manage schedules, track milestones, and ensure materials, resources, and people align for success.
• Support project documentation (contracts, proposals, HubSpot CRM entries, reports).
• Champion a culture of accountability, quality, and client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years in project coordination, operations, or a related field (construction, installations, or sales coordination a plus).
• Highly organized, detail-driven, and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
• Tech-savvy with project management tools (Asana, Trello, HubSpot, or similar).
• Strong communicator who can lead conversations with clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — you don’t just “manage tasks,” you find better ways to get things done.
• Bonus: Experience in commercial and residential projects, or coordinating material supply and install services.
