RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to track KPIs and business performance.
- Conduct deep-dive trend and root cause analyses to identify improvement opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with functional teams (operations, finance, supply chain, sales) to define metrics, design reports, and automate recurring analyses.
- Use statistical and predictive analysis to support planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
- Continuously improve data pipelines and data integrity, working closely with IT and system owners.
- Prepare and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in clear, business-focused terms.
- Support SIOP and strategic planning processes with timely, accurate data and insights.
- Identify automation opportunities and implement self-service analytics tools to empower users and reduce manual reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (Masters preferred).
- 35 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics engineering roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and at least one major BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik).
- Strong experience in data modeling, visualization, and storytelling.
- Solid understanding of relational databases, data integration, and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with advanced analytics or automation preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain analytics is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business insights.
- Detail-oriented, curious, and proactive problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
- The role is primarily based in an office environment but may requiring site visits and interaction with production teams.
- Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety protocols.
- The role involves extended periods of sitting in front of a computer.
- Occasional standing or walking may be required during meetings, presentations, or site visits.
- Work is primarily conducted in an office environment with controlled temperature and lighting.
TIME TRAVEL REQUIRED
- Occasional travel to different office locations, client sites, or conferences may be necessary.
