Project Administrator

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $19–$23 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Special projects as assigned

• New product samples shipping (high-touch customers)

• Standards entry and tracking; quote new price verification with new DFM POs as they come in

• Eurofins stability testing submissions (MRO)

• Stability testing submissions (CYM)

• Stability/pilot submissions certified all other

• Reaching out to raw material vendors and/or submitting paperwork for certifications

• Execute deviations for first-time runs

• Assist with building new product set-up forms

• Organize and submit new product test jobs with planning

• Sample product and testing product requests

• Certification raw material paperwork follow-up with vendors

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Scientific background
