This facility is seeking two Dentists for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm with 1 hour lunch
• Setting: Clinic
• Procedures/Cases: General Dentistry
• Credentialing Timeframe: ~2 weeks
• Requirements: Active State License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) and use of Practice Works Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
