The Inn On Broadway is a boutique hotel renowned for its luxurious accommodations and exceptional dining experiences at Gios Prime 26, Vannis Jazz Lounge, and our Ballroom for special events like weddings. Key Responsibilities:

• Strategizing and executing menu planning and development to ensure a diverse and innovative culinary selection
• Supervising food quality and presentation to uphold the highest standards
• Overseeing kitchen operations and personnel to uphold efficiency and productivity
• Managing food costs and inventory to optimize profitability
• Collaborating with front of house staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences

Essential Skills:

• Demonstrated expertise in kitchen management and culinary arts
• Comprehensive understanding of food handling, preparation, and sanitation protocols
• Proficiency in effectively managing labor and food costs
• Experience in fine dining, banquet catering, and menu development
• Possession of ServSafe certification and knowledge of food safety regulations
• Innovative approach to Menu Planning and Plate Presentation
• Capability to create and uphold food budgets
