Job Summary?
This position is responsible for overseeing the development, packaging, and marketing of products, while also managing the full product lifecycle and coordinating with external vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery.

As a Product Manager , You Will:

• Develop and execute a strategic product roadmap to drive product and category growth.
• Communicate go-to-market strategies across the organization, including cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Create and recommend product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategies to build long-term market share and profitability.
• Collaborate with R&D, Production, Supply Chain Management, and Regulatory teams to support new product development and successful launches.
• Conduct market and product analyses to identify opportunities and guide the new product development (NPD) pipeline.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including product enhancements and SKU rationalization.
• Oversee relationships with external vendors and partners such as advertising, PR, and market research agencies.
• Develop marketing and sales materials, including sell sheets, brochures, and other promotional collateral.

Required Education, Experience & Skills:

• Must be fluent in both spoken and written Korean.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Manager within a manufacturing operation
• Must have food manufacturing experience
• Experience with product life cycle

Salary Range:
$80,000 DOE
