What You’ll Be Doing (The Heart of the Role)

In this role, your clinical expertise and passion for education will shine:

• Empowering Patient Journeys: Move beyond task-based nursing. You will be instrumental in teaching patients about their medications, lifestyle changes, and chronic condition management, helping them achieve real health goals.

• Essential Clinical Skills: Utilizing your foundational skills, you will prepare patients for appointments, take vital signs, administer injections, perform EKGs, conduct phlebotomy, and assist with minor procedures (like wound care and dressing changes).

• Seamless Team Collaboration: Work closely with our supportive, interdisciplinary team to ensure every patient has a positive, integrated care experience.

What You'll Bring

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic RN who is ready to make a significant impact:

• A current RN diploma or degree and a valid, active RN license in VA.

• 1+ years of recent clinical RN experience, with proven proficiency in core skills like venipuncture, injections, and EKGs.

• A genuine passion for patient safety, well-being, and health promotion.

• An active CPR certification and up-to-date health records.
