- Serve as the initial point of contact for various issues associated with one or more designated HR Workstreams (e.g. timekeeping, payroll, HR systems).
- Triage incoming requests in HR ticketing system, accurately logging, tracking and maintaining case status and priority levels while meeting established service level agreements.
- Escalate complex or policy-related cases to the appropriate HR Center of Excellence owner(s).
- Utilize knowledge base resources, policies, and tools to research issues and provide accurate, consistent guidance and solutions.
- Maintain and update knowledge base articles, FAQs, and process documentation for common questions.
- Conduct basic end-user training on HR systems and processes through virtual sessions, job aids, or quick reference materials.
- Collaborate with field HR Partners and Corporate HR functions to gather necessary information, validate data, and drive timely issue resolution.
- Support special HR initiatives and projects by providing administrative, data, and logistical assistance.
- Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with internal policies and regional labor regulations.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Education, and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
- 2-4 years' experience in a related field required.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio, Outlook Email, and calendar.
- Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.
- Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.
- Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision-making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.
- Self-confident, self-motivated polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands/fingers to type, hold, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
Salary
$44,400 - $64,400 depending on education and experience.
