The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, technical proficiency in ServiceNow and Microsoft applications, and a solid understanding of ITIL principles. Pay Range: $34/hr
Whats the Job?
Youll spend your day reviewing change requests, testing ServiceNow enhancements, updating process documentation, and facilitating meetings with stakeholders across departments. Youll serve as the central point of coordination for change enablement users, ensuring all process changes are tracked, tested, and communicated effectively
Whats Needed?
- ITIL Foundation certification and strong oral and written communication skills.
- ServiceNow proficiency with exceptional organizational skills.
- Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
- Certification: ITIL v4 Foundation or Intermediate Certification (preferred)
