We're seeking a talented, Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our community-based services team in Columbus, OH.
Professional License Requirements
Active Ohio state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (issued by the Ohio OTPTAT Board)
Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Valid Ohio Driver's License (travel to family homes and community sites required)
What to Expect from this Role
Prior experience with infants, toddlers, or families is a plus but not required
Assess fine motor, sensory, and self-care skills to identify developmental delays
Provide therapy in natural environments (homes, childcare, or other family-identified settings)
Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) in collaboration with families and early intervention teams
Coach parents and caregivers on strategies to support skill development during everyday routines
Document services in accordance with state and early intervention guidelines
Collaborate with service coordinators, PTs, SLPs, and other providers to ensure coordinated services
