Lancesoft Inc is seeking a dedicated Inpatient Pharmacist for a rewarding 13-week travel assignment in Bel Air, Maryland.

This opportunity allows you to leverage your clinical skills, support multidisciplinary care, and make a meaningful impact in patient recovery and safety.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Review, verify, and dispense inpatient medications accurately in accordance with physician orders.

• Deliver comprehensive pharmacy services in an acute care hospital setting.

• Evaluate prescriptions for appropriateness, potential interactions, and accurate dosing.

• Provide clinical support, medication counseling, and pharmacotherapy guidance to healthcare staff and patients.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied professionals to ensure safe and effective medication use.

• Monitor and adjust medication regimens based on lab results and patient progress.

• Maintain compliance with state/federal laws, hospital protocols, and Joint Commission standards.

• Accurately document interventions, verifications, and clinical activities in the hospital EMR system.

Required Skills / Licenses / Certifications:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from an accredited program – required

• Active Maryland Pharmacist License – required prior to start

• BLS Certification – required

• Minimum 2 years of recent inpatient or acute care pharmacy experience

• Strong knowledge of hospital formulary management, drug therapies, and sterile compounding procedures

• Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, or Meditech preferred)
