Associate Dentist Opportunity – Near Louisburg, NC

A well-established dental practice near Louisburg, NC is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join their friendly and collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a busy, well-run office with strong patient flow, modern technology, and a supportive clinical environment focused on quality care and building lasting patient relationships.

What the position offers:

• Minimum Guarantee: $850 per day for the first 3 months
• Compensation: $200,000–$300,000 annually, based on a percentage

Knowledge/Skills Required:

• Comfortable performing general dentistry procedures, including:
  • Restorative care, crowns, and bridgework
  • Removable dentures
  • Anterior and molar endodontic procedures
  • Simple and surgical extractions
• Excellent bedside manner and patient communication
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
• Experience placing implants preferred, but not required

Education/Experience Required:

• North Carolina Dental License
• Previous experience as a practicing dentist
