Required education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

Required skills:
10 years of verifiable ASP.NET development using C#
10 years of experience as a .NET Web Developer developing ASP.NET Core MVC applications
10 years of SQL Server Database Design and Development including performance tuning, query optimization, and writing stored procedures, functions, and views
10 years of experience with Entity Framework (EF) 4.0 or later
10 years of experience in N-tier application architecture design, development, and deployment
10 years of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) development and securing Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) services
10 years working with Visual Studio (2015-present)
10 years using Azure DevOps (TFS) including code repository, promotion strategies, and recovery
5 years developing applications using Agile methodology
5 years developing mobile-compliant applications
5 years developing RESTful APIs and web services using .NET Core and .NET 5/6/8
5 years developing reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and integrating them within MVC web applications
5 years implementing AJAX-enabled controls in ASP.NET web applications
5 years using TFS/Azure DevOps including Git, Boards, and CI/CD pipelines

Overview:
The Client is seeking experienced .NET Programmers to develop, modernize, and maintain enterprise applications. The selected consultants will work closely with IT supervisors, project managers, business analysts, QA teams, and other developers in an Agile development environment.
This position requires strong technical expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core MVC, Web API, SQL Server, and modern development practices. The consultants will participate in new development projects and the modernization of legacy applications into .NET-based solutions.
The role also involves designing and implementing N-tier architectures, adhering to ODPS coding standards, and collaborating across teams to deliver robust, scalable, and user-friendly applications.

Job responsibilities:
Develop, test, and deploy applications using C#, ASP.NET Core MVC, Web API, and SQL Server
Design and implement N-tier architectures in compliance with standards
Rewrite and modernize legacy systems into .NET applications
Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and project managers in Agile sprints
Create and maintain detailed documentation for requirements, design, and testing
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
Develop RESTful APIs and microservices with secure endpoints
Integrate SSRS reports into MVC applications
Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
Apply Test Driven Development (TDD) methodologies
Ensure application security and scalability
Provide customer support and participate in demos and presentations
Manage multiple projects concurrently and meet strict deadlines
