Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technology projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise-level IT solutions on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
 - Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, developers, QA, and infrastructure teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
 - Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
 - Drive project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication at all levels.
 - Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
 - Ensure technical feasibility and alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards.
 - Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
 - Mentor junior project managers and contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices.
 
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 13+ years of experience in IT project management, with senior or lead role.
 - Strong technical background with experience in software development, infrastructure, or cloud technologies.
 - Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise IT projects.
 - Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, Trello).
 - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
 - Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps practices.
 - PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP) are highly desirable.
 - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
 - Experience with data migration, ERP/CRM implementations, or cybersecurity projects.
 - Ability to manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations.
