Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and maintenance on all production and facility equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct equipment and line changeovers efficiently to support production needs.
• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical and electrical issues during production runs.
• Foster a collaborative team environment by communicating openly, sharing ideas, and learning from one another.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; 1-2 years of related maintenance experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience working with high-speed packaging, processing, or manufacturing equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes quickly.
• Capable of multitasking and adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to remain calm, respectful, and focused under pressure.
• Solid technical aptitude with the ability to apply electrical and mechanical knowledge in practical, hands-on situations.

Shift available:
2 nd Shift (3 pm - 11 pm)
