Change Coordinator
Work location: Remote, within 60 miles of Client's location
Work hours: 8am-5pm EST
This role supports the Enterprise Technology Change Enablement process by reviewing change requests, testing process enhancements, and maintaining compliance through documentation and reporting.
Responsibilities
Review and test ServiceNow enhancements to the change process.
Facilitate and participate in change management meetings with stakeholders and senior leaders.
Support all Change Enablement users and follow up proactively with change requestors.
Create, maintain, and update documentation, policies, and job aids to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Produce and deliver reports and dashboards on change initiatives and performance.
Track and document all change management actions and updates.
Collaborate with incident and problem management teams for seamless operations.
Deliver test results and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Must-Haves:
ITIL Foundation certification (V4 preferred)
Strong written and oral communication skills
Experience with ServiceNow
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Nice-to-Haves:
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
Experience with Jira
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
OpenAI or AI-related project experience
