Lead Operations + Execution in a small, specialty construction company

Due to growth, our organization has a need for an exciting new role--Vice President of Operations. This is a rare opportunity for a proven, passionate leader who thrives in operations and day-to-day execution. You'll be a builder of systems and a leader of people, driving efficiency, innovation, and results.

You’ll lead and integrate operations across:

  • Design
  • Project management/Preconstruction/Estimating
  • Production Shops & Field Operations

This hands-on leadership role reports to the President, having clear impact on quality, performance, and financial goals.

We Need:

  • 10+ years leading cross-functional operations in construction
  • Deep understanding of construction including estimating, contracts, project delivery, and field operations
  • Proven, hands-on experience leading teams and developing individuals with integrity
  • EOS experience highly preferred
  • Bachelor’s in business, operations, manufacturing, or related field (advanced degree and/or quality certifications a plus)
  • Experience in non-residential or specialty construction is strongly preferred

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office, ERPs, and project management tools

Additional information:

  • Will travel ~20% within the U.S.
