Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute health and safety plans according to legal guidelines
• Prepare and enforce policies to establish a safe and healthy workplace culture
• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits of practices, procedures, and facilities
• Oversee and manage company Field Safety Technicians
• Lead safety training and orientation sessions for employees
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulation by inspecting staff, equipment and work areas
• Ivestigate incidents, document workplace accidents, and recommend corrective actions
• Analyze incident reports and safety metrics to identify emerging trends and suggest improvements
• Advise management on safety issues, standards updates, and compliance strategies
• Prepare safety prequalifications when required by clients
• Maintain online 3rd-party contractor management platform, submitting health, safety, quality, risk, and requlatorey information as requested by Hiring Clients that meet their qualification requirements, Such as AVETTA, ISNetworld. and other platforms.
• Prepare all MSHA/OSHA logs and reporting as required
• Prepare monthly man-hour reporting per client requirements

Key Industries

• Construction: Experience with machinery, heights, and hazardous materials is a vital for building and project sites
• Manufacturing: Involvement with factory environments, equipment safety, andproduction processes is essential

Site-Specific Experience

• Oversite of construction on manufacturing plants or industrial facilities
• Risk management for equipment-heavy operation, stationary machinery, and hazardous material storage
• Knowledge of permit-required confined spaces, lockout/tagout, and emergency response procedures

Field Experience:

• Hands on safety management at construction sites, infrastructure projects, or remote operational locations
• Hazard indentification in constantly changing environments, excavation/trrenching, hot work, working at heights, and  enviromental risk management
• Direct engagement with contractors and subcontractors for daily hazard analysis.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in safety management or related field
• Critical thinking, organizational, problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
• Attention to detail and strong observation abilities
• Up-to-date knowledge of state, federal, and local safety regulations
• Ensuring safety standards for company vehicle fleets or mobile heavy equipment
• Implementation of vehicle inspection protocols, Dot compliance, driver safety programs, and accident investigation
• Fleet-specific best practices, including PPE requirements and behavioral safety observations

Minimum Salary: $89,500.00

Maximum Salary: $104,000.00
