Daily Responsibilities:

• Perform HVAC service and repair tasks
• Install heating and cooling systems
• Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints (preferred but not manditory)
• Collaborate with team members on project planning and execution

Required Skills:

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC System Issues
• Install new HVAC Equipment (Residential and light Commercial)
• Some light metal fabrication may be needed from time to time.
• Good customer service skills
• Willingness to continue education / learning of Industry changes and technology

Nice to Have Skills: Some welding, sheet metal fabrication, EPA Universal Cert

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $40,000.00
Maximum Salary: $60,000.00 possibly more
