What Youll Be Doing:

• Lead all back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth daily execution
• Hire, train, and develop kitchen staff to perform at a high level
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and execution across all dayparts
• Control food and labor costs, manage ordering and inventory
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Partner with leadership on menu features and specials
