Paralegal - Real Estate Law or Estate Planning

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and organize legal documents related to real estate transactions, estate planning, and probate matters
• Coordinate and manage critical deadlines
• Prepare and file probate and estate planning documents with relevant courts and agencies
• Use Clio (our case management system) to track case progress and manage documentation
• Proactively manage and follow up on outstanding items for active legal matters
• Contribute to improving legal workflows and internal processes.

Qualifications:

• Have 2 + years of experience as a paralegal in real estate law , estate planning , or probate
• Have excellent organizational and time management skills
• Communicate clearly and professionally in writing and by phone
• Are highly detail-oriented and process-driven
• Work well independently and as part of a team
• Are comfortable with legal practice management software (Clio experience is a plus)
• Enjoy making a positive impact in clients lives through thoughtful legal support

Helpful (but Not Required):

• Experience with title, settlement, or mortgage services
• Background in office administration or client-facing legal work
• Notary public or paralegal certification
